Still, some places could've been darker, considering those lightning-thingies coming from his eyes, which could've been completely white, just to give them a glowing effect in the otherwise dark face
And when shading with ink, try using lines, and make them different from eachother by thickness and how close they are to eachother to reach different shades
Crosshatching makes it easier when shading big areas
Also, draw the lines according to the shape of what you are shading, and it will add depth to it
